I usually reply within a couple of days. I'm based in Zagreb, Croatia (CET), and work remotely with teams in Europe and the US.

Availability

I work full-time as a Team Lead, so consulting capacity is limited and selective. If you're hiring for a longer-term contract or role, mention it — that's a conversation I'm open to.

Common questions

What size engagements do you take?

Anything from a one-week architecture review to a build engagement running a few months part-time. I'm one person, so I'd rather do a small piece of work properly than overcommit.

How do you price?

Fixed price for scoped reviews, day rate for build and advisory work. I'll quote after we've talked — I don't publish a rate card because the scope varies too much to make it meaningful.

Are you open to a full-time role?

For the right opportunity, yes — particularly senior IC or architecture roles working on production AI systems. Worth a conversation either way.

Which industries have you worked in?

Telecom, government and public sector, banking, and SaaS. The common thread is systems with real operational consequences rather than any one domain.
